Clover ARP Church

Welcome to Clover Associate Reformed Presbyterian (ARP) Church. We are a church of a little over 200 active members. We have been established in Clover – here on the corner of Kings Mountain and Pressley Streets – for over a century; yet the Lord is doing a new work here today.

We hold to the full and final authority of God’s Word, which is the Bible. All Scripture is given by inspiration of God (2 Timothy 3:16), and thus every word of it is perfect and without an iota of error (Psalm 119:7; Proverbs 30:5; Matthew 5:19). Most importantly, all Scripture (Old and New Testaments) is about Jesus Christ (Luke 24:27,44; John 5:38; 2 Timothy 3:15). Jesus is our God, our life, our salvation, and the focus of all we believe and do.

At a time in which many believers, churches, and denominations are “tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting” (Ephesians 4:14), our prayer at Clover ARP Church is that we would “contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints” (Jude 3). Our aim is to stay in the “old paths” (Jeremiah 6:16). We hold to historic Reformed orthodoxy as set forth in the Westminster Confession of Faith.

We have Sunday School for all ages at 10:00 AM. Morning worship begins at 11:00, and usually ends at noon. Nursery care is provided for 1-2 years old, and children’s church for 3-4 years old.  Evening service and children’s ministries are at 5:00 PM. We also have youth groups, college and career groups, women’s and men’s Bible studies, and senior’s ministries.

The congregation of Clover ARP Church has an evenly balanced mix of age-groups with many children and families. If you are looking for a church in Clover that is family-friendly, entrenched in “old time religion,” and – most of all – where Jesus Christ alone is preeminent in all things (Colossians 1:18), please join us for worship or a ministry opportunity, explore this website, or contact us by phone or email if we may be of service to you.

Sincerely yours in the Lord,
